How is the hunting trip organised?

Beforehand, we will decide together on the chosen species (izard / mouflon / chamois) and the dates and place for the hunt, and all that information is set out in the booking contract.
We meet during the evening of the day before the first hunting day to get to know each other. One of the hunting guides from HUNT IN FRANCE explains to you how the following day’s hunt will proceed and we decide on the time to meet up (PLEASE NOTE that we leave very early for the mountain in order to be at the first observation post at daybreak).

Hunt day 1

the hunting guide from HUNT IN FRANCE collects you at the meeting point and you leave for the whole day - you will have packed meals. The guide will show you the game observed and insofar as possible, he will give you a maximum of information (species, sex, age range, and explanations about the trophy). If the game observed is the one that you covet, the guide will help you to approach it and place you in a firing position. If there’s no positive outcome on that first day, your guide will give you the programme for the next day.

Hunt day 2

the hunting guide from HUNT IN FRANCE collects you at the meeting point and you leave for the whole day in the mountains - you will have packed meals.

Don’t forget to bring your cool-bag to transport the venison and the trophies!!!
For hunters who are interested in this, HUNT IN FRANCE can make a “mountain hunt” type weapon available, equipped with a telescopic sight adjusted to the MRD (Most Recommended Distance).
