European red deer

We will hunt it in the middle mountains, in the upper part of the forest at the edge of the high altitude lawns. It is hunted with slabs from the end of September to mid-October, depending on the sector you can hear the deer answering each other, to differentiate from the echo sent back by the mountain; This is the only hunt where hearing will be involved!!!
Once the deer is heard, we will approach it with a good wind, trying to slalom between the others deers and the hinds who are always on its toes. These are mid-mountain stags with granite and schist subsoil, the trophies collected are either 8 solid horns or 10/12 horns. Note that on express request you can hunt deer on the lookout on known slab places.
